§ 555.52 Limitations on license or permit.

  1. a.(a) The license covers the business and class (as describedof explosive materials specified in the license at the licensee's business premises (see § 555.202) of explosive materials specified in the license at the licensee's business premises (see § 555.41(b)).

  2. b.(b) The permit is valid with respect to the type of operations and class (as describedof explosive materials specified in § 555.202) of explosive materials specified in the permit.
